They do not relieve an attack of asthma, and are gradually reducing the inflammation of the bronchi, thus reducing the frequency and severity of attacks occurring, and begin to operate at full strength after 2 weeks of regular use. It is important not to stop treatment even if initiated by complete disappearance of symptoms.
A special group of drugs, called bronchodilators, relieve spasm of the bronchi and thereby stop asthma attacks. This "ambulance" under attack. However, it is important to remember that this bronchodilators can be used no more than 3-4 times a day. If the condition is not improving - in need of urgent medical consultation.
