is 5htp has any side effect

and can we take in day combination of these vitamin and herb together

gotukola,5htp,passionflower,horesetail, and milk thisle, vitamin B with stress relief,vitamin A, calcium and biotin,and fishoil

Hi Moon,



Do not take 5HTP if you have ever been treated for liver or kidney disease. Do not use during pregnancy. I would not take it with Passionflower. It may elevate its potency.



Gotu kola also has some of the same characteristics as this amino acid. To be safe, don't take this supplement with 5HTP.



The rest of the supplements should act safe together.
