bone spurs

Question
Could bones be related to a magnesium deficiency? I have frozen shoulder(left shoulder). Two yrs. ago, I had same condition in right shoulder. orthopaedic surgeon removed bone spurs. Also, I have bone spurs on each vertrebrae of my neck. Also,in the past a heel spur. Any suggestions appreciated. Thank you.

Answer
You should certainly see a natural doctor in your area about getting a good bone building complex with things such as calcium, magnesium, vitamin D, glucosamine, and chondroitin.  Have them look at your past x-rays to determine the best route.

Good luck!
