chronic fatique syndrome

Question
The question is very simple.  Is this a real syndrome and if so, how is it diagnosed-by process of elimination?  If it is a real condition, are there varying degrees?  Can one person be bed ridden, while another may function better?  Is there a doctor in columbus that has expertise in this area?

Answer
While it is a "syndrome" defined as a cluster of symptoms such as fatigue, aches, etc as is defined by the CDC at this site, http://www.cdc.gov/cfs/ At the OSU Center for Integrative Medicine we have several doctors who work with this symptom complex. In over 21,000 patient visits I have not see a person who can not get over it in 2-3 months if they are willing to do all the work required
