can we take gotu kola, royall jelly, ginko, horsetail, Passionflower or skullcap and fish oil,vitamin A,B and biotin and calcium to gether

Hi Moon,



Yes, these supplements can be taken in the same day. Follow directions on the labels. For assimilation, Biotin should be taken with Folic acid, vitamin B complex, or Vitamin C.



Also, be aware of Royal jelly, it spoils easily, so keep it refrigerated. Also take 500 mg of Milk Thistle twice daily. It's a wonderful liver protector and antioxidant.
