stress/phobia

"what is the best herb is for social phobia, memory loss and stress?

and can herb and vitamin should take together?

I apologize. I was just informed by allexperts that I hadn't received your question.



For stress, I would prefer Catnip, Hops, Skullcap, or Passionflower for their calming effects which should help your social phobia. Valerian keeps the nervous system from being overwhelmed. It is also a powerful sleep aid, and helps aid sleep at bedtime.



These herbs can also be used to reduce social phobia.



A B-vitamin complex of 100 mg daily would also be beneficial.



Gingko biloba has been widely used to increase memory. Other herbs that are helpful include Anise, Blue cohosh, Ginseng, and Rosemary.
